Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refunds for subscriptions to the MeroMero platform operated by Mero Mero Systems LLC.
1. Free Trial Period
MeroMero offers a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the end of day 14.
If you cancel your subscription at any time during the 14-day trial period, you will not be charged. No fees, no questions asked.
2. Monthly Subscription
After the free trial, MeroMero charges $99/month (USD), billed on the same day each month.
2a. Refund within first 7 days of paid period
If you cancel within the first 7 days of your paid billing period, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the month. Contact us at support@meromero.ai to request a pro-rated refund.
2b. After 7 days of paid period
Cancellations after the first 7 days of a paid billing period are not eligible for a refund. However, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period, and no future charges will be made.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans are not currently offered. This section will be updated if annual billing is introduced.
4. Service Outages & Bugs
If you experience a significant service disruption or bug that meaningfully impairs your ability to use MeroMero, please contact us at support@meromero.ai. We review each case individually and may issue account credits at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@meromero.ai with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for the request
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
6. Exceptions
We do not issue refunds for:
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before the trial ends (you will receive a reminder email on day 12)
- Partial months where services were used
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
